Join us as we travel to the Dominican for the 9th year to partner with SCORE International to host baseball clinics, VBS and dental clinics.

At the end of your application choose the trip named 2019- Destiny Sports DR

When your application is finished, click on “Submit application” and it will be sent for approval. You will receive an e-mail confirming the approval and you are added to the trip.

*If you are waiting on your passport, go ahead and submit the application. You can add the passport number later.
